		<description>The only reason ebay is doing this is in the hope that sellers will incorporate the postage costs into their auctions allowing ebay to charge higher fees &amp; not to improve things for buyers because now it is not viable for private sellers to get rid off unwanted DVD&#039;s on ebay which buyers can often pick up for as little as 99p if they will end up paying out more than they make.  Ebay using the excuse that other sellers offer DVDs with free postage is unfair as Amazon &amp; co all have ability to negotiate the best shipping rates and costs for materials which a small Ebay seller can&#039;t</description>
