Nice article Dan. I’ve not had the pleasure of meeting Meg in person she certainly seems like an appropriate subject for Ada Lovelace Day.

I am though partial to the subject I chose myself for celebrating the day: Esther Dyson

It makes me very sad to think that someone would seek to stop someone else celebrating a person they thought worthy of celebration. That’s what ALD was all about, after all.

I’m sorry you don’t think Meg Whitman is worthy enough to be mentioned in the same sentence as Ada Lovelace.

You’re entitled to your view. But I’d have more resepct if you made the comment here, in public.
